Last night was my turn for a really bad dream. I don't really remember it though, I woke up thinking that we were in the middle of a tornado and I almost couldn't breath. It was so real. I flew out of bed because I heard Tavie walking around and she told me everything was okay and it wasn't a tornado, that the wind was just really strong.

The wind is still blowing like crazy. It needs to settle it's ass down. I have had enough.

I had a lot of fun at the Phillips home. Much food, teasing, singing, yelling and laughing. Tavie's mom is a fabulous cook (Tanta Joan, too!) and Tavie's dad was funny and charming, Kirsten was her usual adorable self and their family friend Andrew is a darling. One of my favorite moments was when Mom and Dad left for Vienna (yes?) and as we were singing them out the door Tavie mom yells, "FRED! Do you have your scarf in your pocket??" I know it is one of those moments where you had to be there, but, her voice was such a perfect mix of love and exasperation that it just amused me to no end.
