Here I am in Maryland at SPX and I am sitting here blogging instead of walking the rooms. Tara and I are bad girls! We left erin downstairs. Course she is probably happy to be well rid of us, as we don't know the proper comcon behavior! : ) In following erin's rules we were walking the rooms, not stopping, just taking mental notes (which is something I am almost incapable of!) and an artist spoke to me and I walked away saying, "I'm not allowed to talk to you yet." I don't think he really heard me, but, it made Tara laugh. They have some cool stuff here and I am going to enjoy going back to get stuff. It is just a little too crowded right now. Tara agrees...course this also means that we are up here bugging Tavie, who is trying to do her home work!!!

The part that I wanted erin to mention about last week at the UCB was during the dream reinactment of her day, they did a part where Ron and Chad shuffled past acting like they were using walkers whining at Jackie, "erin! How could you put me in a hooommmeeeee! I'm sooooo lonely!". Cause erin had talked about visiting her aunt in the nursing home. The reason it popped into my mind was that on Friday, after I had cried and got upset (once again!) I was driving to the bank and I saw a walker abandoned on the sidewalk and the vision of Chad and Ron just came to me and I started cracking up laughing.

Another good weekend happening so far and due to the Holiday I get one more DAY!!! Wooooo! Let's hear it for the workin folks! This weekend makes up for the shit that was my work week and next weekend promises to be even sweeter. Though I guess that all depends on if all the blood that they took from me on Thursday comes back okay and I have no scary worries. My junkie marks are starting to heal. It took the nurse much poking to get my blood to come out. The first two places she poked in my arm only gave sporadic shots of blood as she jabbed around under my skin. She finally had to use a baby needle that was attached to a tiny tube that sucked out the right amount of blood. By then I was bleeding heavily from the other two places and had to have wads of cotten taped to my arms, which is a really attractive look. Then they turned into lovely little bruises. hence the drug addict look.

Anyway, I am going to spend more weekends out and about walking. It is very good for both my mind and my body, although yesterdays walking seemed to involve walking from place to get food to next place to get food! : )
