Tonight I spent the evening where I spent almost every Tuesday for the last 9 years (unless I'm sick or out of town)
Tonight, The Mama had a dental appointment so it was me and the two kidlets. We had the best conversation over baked ziti. It revolved around the sponge who does not wear round pants. It was full of a lot of gut splitting laughter that had the youngest literally falling from his chair. The oldest pointed out that if their mom had been home, she would have shut our nonsense down cold (not that she is not fun loving!). I love those kind of moments. I love those kids.
