I bought some boneless, skinless chicken breasts today. I'm not sure what to do with them. They were on sale so there's kind of a lot of them, for one person. (Gina won't eat fowl.)

On Core, I can have 2 teaspoons of healthy oil a day without counting them as points. No more, no less. That's the only "measuring" I have to do on Core, apart from the 35-weekly-extra-points-for-stuff-not-on-Core.

I can have any matter of lean meat, fish, bean, non-creamy soup, whole grain, fruit, vegetable, fat-free dairy, sauce or spice, as long as it doesn't have added fat or sugar. (Although fat-free Italian dressing, which is loaded with corn syrup, is allowed, so obviously there is some sort of weirdness with these rules.)

Anyhow, what I want to know is, how do I cook these frickin' chicken breasts?

Spray a skillet with cooking spray (allowed) and just pan-fry 'em?

Cover them in fat-free Greek yogurt and bake them in the oven? (Or some sort of marinade? Or just a can of chicken broth?)

Anyone got ideas? I'm not so creative with this food stuff.

(Edited to add: I'm not "officially" back in Weight Watchers yet, by the way, because I can't afford it and I hate going to meetings. I'm just following the old Core guidelines using my old materials from a couple years ago.)
