I don't care much for the Star Wars franchise. The films have always bored me, although one of my earliest memories of going to the movies involves a light-sabre fight and calling him "Hans Soda" or "Hans Cola", so I know I saw one of those damn films around the age of three.

No, I don't hold too much nostalgia for the Star Wars movies - I'm more of a Star Trek girl, if I had to pick, and only The Next Generation - but I did realize something recently: watching the death of Yoda as a kid was the first time I realized that one day I was going to die.

Little, rubber, Frank-Oz-voiced puppet = my mortality.

You'd think I'd actively dislike the films more because of this, but no. Despite this fact, I remain indifferent to them. They just bore me.

Star Wars is boring.

Also: vampires.
