I did the gingerpeople tonight. My gingerbread cookies are an annual, almost obsessive-compulsive tradition. My recipe comes from the Bakeshop in Colonial Williamsburg - I only like a soft gingerbread cookie, not that crispy Swedish kind. I'm an American.

I made this batch mostly for work - saved about a dozen for my family, but we're trying to be good girls. We're trying, but the Sales department sends us a batch of goodies every year at this time, at work, and they ended up on the file cabinet directly behind my desk where I have to pass them constantly. I partook.

A lot.

*sigh*

So all the gingerpeople except a few are going to work and they can all have them. It's celery and water for me, yup.
