I love my iPod again, thanks to my ingenious tinkering and a trio of delicious birthday gifts, I am currently obsessed with the OCR's of The Drowsy Chaperone (infectious), Avenue Q (hilarious) and The Baker's Wife (there are no words to describe the beauty of this music. I adore it. Now I get Patti Lupone. Now I really do.)

Sigh. I'm in love, I'm in love again, I'm in love for the twenty-third time...

I was crabby as hell today because of my lack of sleep. I do not work well on no sleep. I do not function well. I am miserable and unable to conceal the fact. I am going to sleep right now. Good night.

DJ Jazzy Steph rocked the glam tunes at Royale last night and forced me to attend. I enjoyed it, and once again, this is the result.

Oh! I did it! I did it! I made my iPod update!!!!

I can't believe it! It took me hours of trying and it's way past my bedtime but I DID IT!!!

I had to do the following things:

Plug and unplug it in about fifty million times.

Whack it really hard repeatedly until it mounted.

Repair it with Disk Utility.

Cross my fingers and pray.

Then I opened up iTunes and it DIDN'T FREEZE!!!!!! AND IT UPDATED!!!!!
