My back hurts and I am useless. I'm here at home instead of doing things at work that need doing. I cannot move and television sucks. I cannot sleep because I slept from 9 pm to 7 am, yet I'm sleepy from lack of caffeine; I won't drink coffee because that might make me want to move around and it hurts my back to move around.

I thought everyone should know what a pleasant Friday this is. I wish I was at work, working. And that thought is in itself depressing.
