I just concluded the hardest work week of my entire life. I'm very proud of myself, and very sorry that my roommates have had to live with a Tavie that is either staring glassily into space or bitching at top speed. Only one more week to go. (I'm VERY glad J-Rock is getting the "vacation" -- if you call playing a rock show every night a vacation -- he needs and deserves, but, damn, it's hard doing two jobs at the same time. Because he's been known to glance at my blog, I want to point out that he needs to take more vacations, we're handling it very well, and I hear France is lovely in the springtime.)

I have fallen off the wagon hard and will probably balloon up to my pre-Atkins weight. However, I've been working out. My stress is too great to care, and I tasted Chunky Monkey for the first time in years tonight. I am a chunky monkey.

erin is in town and I'm seeing her tomorrow! I'm so excited.

Puppy, who's been with us all week while his Mama's been away, goes home tomorrow. I'm so sad.

I slept a long, long time today and it was so, so good. This weekend is all about sleep and ice cream and trying not to think about work.
