I've been eating badly all weekend and I don't care. The year's almost over and apparently I take that as a sign to treat my body like crap. It's really fun. I'll gain 20 pounds and hate myself. I'll undo 2 years worth of eating well in 2 weeks.

Various people's families have been in town all weekend and we've been doing festive things with them and I'm tired as hell and coming down with something involving swollen glands and earache.
