This website helped me compile the following list of relatively low-carb foods that will get me my nutrients:

Vitamin D - salmon, mackeral, tuna, sardines
Vitamin E - wheat germ oil, almonds, sunflower seeds, safflower oil
Vitamin K - asparagus, brussels sprouts, cabbage, soybeans, dark leafy greens
Vitamin C - lemons, limes, grapefruit, tomatoes, strawberries, peppers, spinach, rosehips
Thiamin (Vitamin B1) - pork, soybeans, peanuts
Iron - liver, red meat, watermelon, spinach, asparagus
Zinc - oysters, chickpeas, red meat, peanut butter, pumpkin seeds, cheddar
Calcium - cheese, leafy greens (not spinach), canned salmon/sardines with bones
Magnesium - almonds, cashews, soybeans

God. You'd think I had too much time on my hands, or something.

Yeah, like I'm gonna eat wheat germ oil... The rest of the stuff looks pretty good though. I had some almonds while I was working today, it felt nice and healthy.

I actually do eat foods like those listed very regularly. It's not like I'm eating junk food. Well, okay, I did have some pork rinds over the weekend, but, dammit...
