Almost forgot: finally rode Test Track at EPCOT. What a pile of suck. Except for the brief outdoor bit near the end, which was good and fast.

And it's not that I was comparing it to World of Motion. Apples and oranges. I believe that things should be judged on their own merit, not what came before. (Except for Journey Into Imagination, which purports to be the same thing, but "improved". Fuck that.) For example, I would never try and compare the Pooh ride with Mr Toad. I loved Mr Toad, I miss Mr Toad, but I think Pooh is excellent. I actually enjoyed Dreamflight, but Buzz Lightyear is ever so much better. And some changes, like taking the "ride" out of The Living Seas, make sense. But replacing 20,000 Leagues Under the Sea with a Little Mermaid Meet-n-Greet is just the stupidest thing I've ever seen. I realize these aren't new changes, but still. I mourn.

Oh, and: Aunt Polly's only serves ice cream now. I think that's one of the signs of a coming apocalypse: a pickle-free Aunt Polly's.
