What to do, what to do...Cheryl is upset, Kitana is upset and I don't have anything to offer but an IOU for a giant hug the next time I see them...that is not very good. I feel helpless to comfort, when I have no comfort in me...just when I think I'm okay, I crash back down.

Moments spent with people I care about help so much. Tavie, Erica, Steve, Matt...seeing them this weekend felt good...but then I'm alone again...
