Jim called me back and we had the most adorable conversation, wherein he invited me to come have drinks with him and his friends. Of course I can't, since I'm here and I just don't have the cash or enough time to get to the city and back.
That is extremely depressing. Instead of hanging out with the cutest, sweetest, friendliest, best-KITH-stories-having-est Dave-look-alike hotshot director of the Canadian theatre scene, I am watching digital cable alone.
Oh, well, we'll see him in Toronto, I hope. Sigh.
