Christmas is hurtling towards us fast this year, feels like. The apartment is in disarray; we need to get a tree; Gina leaves for Kansas City next Friday and the apartment is but half-decorated. We're going to Atlantic City on Saturday. Things are all awhirl. And everyone around me seems to be sick.

I'm healthy as a horse, though, so figure that out. And knock wood, please.
