Today I had scheduled a day off to spend with my sis. I woke up with a sore throat and so it took us awhile to get out, but we finally made it out of the apartment, and had some adventures in the city (including Chinatown, the Museum of Natural History, various stores*, and a slice of pizza literally bigger than Kirsten's head.)

Natural History museum was brilliant - I hadn't been in a couple years and I finally got to see the "new" (it's been around for a few years) planetarium. Shows were sold out but it's a gorgeous space. I couldn't stop wondering... what if all the stars... were suns? (Hee hee hee.)

I am thoroughly exhausted and I hope that work doesn't kill me tomorrow, because if this cold goes the way all my other colds go, I will be in full-blown stuffed-up coughing misery mode.

I love spending time with Kirsten, though. I wish I had more time with her.

*Sephora has a body lotion that smells like coffee. I have been waiting for this product my entire life. And yes, I can actually smell it - my sense of smell is terrible, but I can almost always smell coffee.
