I remember, I just can't face that commute today, and my body is full of pain from the walk yesterday, and I think I caught Gina's sore throat. I feel icky. But the main reason I'm home today, and I'm sorry, J-Rock, for admitting it, but it's because I have to go past all the hullabaloo at Ground Zero every day and it's easy to ignore it when there's not this level of hullabaloo, but my commute takes me to the World Trade Center at almost exactly 8:46 am every single day, and today is the day I don't want to be there.

But also, achy and sore throat, so it is a legitimate workday cop-out of physical pain.
