According to Fitday, I've been deficient in the following nutrients for the past month:

Vitamin D - WAY Low
Vitamin E - Kinda low
Vitamin K - Kinda low
Vitamin C - Kinda low
Thiamin - Moderately low
Iron - Only half as much as I need
Zinc - Kinda low
Calcium - Only half
Magnesium - Only half

I really need more Viatmin D, Iron, Thiamine, Calcium and Magnesium, especially.
I need to start buying those multivitamins again.

What foods should I eat to get this stuff? (Milk is carby, low-carb milk expensy.)
