I don't know why I'm the only person over the age of six that appreciates A Goofy Movie. It's great. It's not only a perfect period piece, capturing the (pre)-teen-culture flavour of the mid-nineties with impressive, albeit squeaky-clean, accuracy, but it's also a fun movie musical with classically framed production numbers, catchy tunes and sly, in-joke-y references.

Plus there's this fabulous power-pop song at the end by Tevin Campbell that is beautiful in its inanity.

Okay then.
