I finally finished that damn vest that was supposed to be a Christmas present for my dad. I just have to sew up the sides and that ugly thing is out of my life. Ah, sweet liberation!

He'll never actually wear it. I think I underestimated the size of his gut, and also I knitted it too long.

Whaddya want, it was my first attempt. I've made a lovely sweater since then, so I know I can do better. Therefore I have no patience with this ugly grey vest. Goodbye, vest!

Also, I watched The Princess Diaries. It was bad. I thought her hair looked much better before they straightened it. But Julie was ravishing.
