I needed to sleep in today. But now I'm ready, and there's still makeup going on.

Last night we had dinner at Akershus. I talked about Linn the whole time, even though she is most definitely NOT Norwegian. Kirsten gorged on disgusting brown Norwegian cheese.

Now, finally, the makeup is on! We go.

Happily: we've avoided eating a single meal in a restaurant with our father. Happily, too: I've stayed on my low-carb (no sugar, no starch) eating plan the entire time, except possibly last night when I had a lot of mashed rutebega in Norway, which tasted really high-carb and delicious. Don't tell me the count, I don't want to know. I won't do it again.
